CLUBS!! If you're looking for the edge this pre-season, we have got the perfect program for you. This is a generic program and will achieve great results for your club. However, if you're in need of something more specific, we can produce a tailored program.


The Pre-Season fitness program will provide you with a step by step guide to help you prepare for the upcoming season even if your pre-season has started.


Adam Legg (Sweat Theory) has created a fantastic program to assist clubs with getting through this period. He is available through bookings to visit your club (Melbourne & Victoria) to assist with the implementation of the program and/or to run a session. This is highly recommended to ensure good technique when performing the exercises and offer further clarity on the program content and direction.
